WHERE IS MY ORDER? 
If your item will be delayed it will be stated beneath the item you have ordered.If you are waiting beyond the timescale provided, please contact us at info@bluthelabel.com. 
 

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT NOTE?
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at  BLÚ The Label we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items or items within an order that has used a discount code.
 

 

HOW LONG AFTER MY PURCHASE CAN I MAKE A RETURN?  
We will provide a credit note IF the item has been returned within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we will issue you will a credit note which can be used on our site at any time! (Valid for one year) We accept refunds IF you have notified us within 24 hours of receiving the item and is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving. It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by BLÚ The Label when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.Please note we do not accept returns on sale items or items within an order that has used a discount code.

THE MONEY IS NOT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT?
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
​BLÚ The Label reserves the right to refuse any exchange either SALE ITEMS or after a close inspection of any returned items. If an exchange or refund is rejected, the item will be delivered back to recipient.

 

 

CAN I GET MY SHIPPING FEES BACK?
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

 

WHAT ADDRESS DO I SEND BACK TO? 
If you would like to return your item please email us info@bluthelabel with your order number and we will provide a shipping address to send your item back to.

 

 

OUR POLICY
We take pride of our BLÚ The Label items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact -INFO@BLUTHELABEL.COM  (within 24 hours). Please contact us before making the return.

All customer personal details will not be passed on to any 3rd party company.
BLÚ The Label reserves the right to hold customers personal details for all future orders.
